The location is excellent, adjacent to Shark Reef and Venetian, with great restaurants and a business area. The room was very good sized and well-equipped, including a kitchen which always comes in handy.

The food here is great and outstanding; the location is good and unbeatable for visiting wine bars and eateries.

When I am in Las Vegas, I like staying here. This small hotel offers a lot of well-kept and well-maintained rooms. Satisfactory breakfast with the hot milk and which was pleasant surprice, as example, the staff is helpful. Its location is magnificent, near good restaurants and all main attractions and Downtown Las Vegas.

The location was nice - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the easy access to the motel and the ample parking area. The motel was away from heavy traffic, making it a peaceful and quiet stay. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety to choose from, and checking in was a quick and hassle-free process. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our families, and we appreciated the proximity to eating areas and walkability to the nearby casinos.

Felt like at home, no complaints.

The hotel was amazing with excellent staff and an incredible location close to the airport. Location: the venue was near to fancy and/or casual restaurants and bars that are nearby, Las Vegas from Ireland and several bus lines around. Pizzeria Pieology Pizzeria was located 5 minutes walk away. The good service and the attention to detail!

The hotel rooms are spotless and well-equipped. The location is excellent with good dining options and restaurants nearby. The beds are very comfy, and the rooms have satellite TV, climate control, and a microwave oven.

I'm currently staying at a hotel just a short walk from the convention center where I'm attending a conference. The location is perfect for my needs. The room is spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff, especially Feran, has been incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided in the morning is a great way to start my day. I'm impressed with the facilities and advantages of this hotel.

The only downside is that there seems to be a shortage of cutlery and plates during breakfast time.

I had a pleasant stay at Residence Inn. The location was exactly what I was looking for - away from the chaos of The Strip but still within walking distance. It was also conveniently located next to one of my favorite restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for accommodating my group of teenagers. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that everyone's needs were met.

Good value for money, as it is affordable and rooms reasonably meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel. studios are very spacious, bed in the room was very comfortable, not the sofa beds, have very upgradeable mattresses, uncomfortable. Although I admit that few sofa beds are really comfortable! good breakfast, with the consequent queues typical of a large hotel, includes breakfast in its price. trip to the strip in Uber is about 6-7 dollars (walking about 25 minutes). For the vast distances of Las Vegas, is an excellent location.

Studio couches are pretty uncomfortable. Some furniture could be upgraded. And above all, the bathtub, at least in our studio, was in clear need of renovation. Despite the fact that the bathroom is renovated and quite well, however, in our studio at least, the bathtub, I don't know if because of poor hygiene, or because of its age, was unpleasant. This is the most negative point that I highlight in the hotel. The rest, quite comfortable and pleasant.
